The small screen - Jennifer Keyte Unofficial Webbook

- Channel 10 enticed Jennifer into television. For the next six years she worked as a reporter covering police, crime, courts, State politics and general news stories She also wrote and presented the local news bulletins and produced feature stories for "Good Morning Australia". Channel 10 offered Jennifer many opportunities. She often replaced Jana Wendt reading the main evening news and regularly read newsbreaks through the weekend news for three years.

Jennifer also turned her hand to production when she produced and presented an Entertainment This Week style of program, "Nightlife" , on a Thursday evening. ( This was a great show, showing that Jen had a flair for more than just newsreading.)

Jen also had a few brief appearances in "Prisoner" (known as "Prisoner: Cell Block H" outside of Australia). Jen was a newsreader in episodes 597,(voice only) 636, and 686.
