Returning to Australia in 1980 Jennifer began her Arts Degree at LaTrobe University studying French, Italian and European History. At the completion of her first year Jennifer decided to pursue her passion for journalism. 1980 - Jennifer accepted a cadetship in journalism with EON radio in Melbourne. After only twelve months she was graded as a journalist. 1981 - Took up a position with 3XY. Jennifer combined the roles of on-the-road reporting with news reading. 1986 - Presented the afternoon program on 3AW for a week 1996 - Presented the Afternoon Program on Radio 3AW for two weeks "between TV networks" 1997 - A lunchtime appearance on Gold-FM ( unfortunately a pre-recorded event)
