Character generation:
Characters are to be created using the normal process of Cyberpunk 2020
generation, with a view to the character having a mind-set that gives a damn.
Once characters are done (and approved), a sell-out option of Euro$ 10,000
will be given to each character. This may be spent on cyberwear, drugs, weapons
car polish, toothpaste, whatever, etc,etc....... Just remember you have to be
able to live with it in a potentially non-industrial society. The characters
will receive basic field training from the Lazarus Group, and be equipped &
housed free of charge!
Now for the down-side. Morrow now owns you! This means you work for them, and will be sent on missions BEFORE you are given the " big freeze". This is done to see how you work together. Given
sufficient group cohesion, you'll be given extra training and do the 20 year
stretch. You will be given 1 year's salary in advance, and 19 when you finish.
Your pay will be invested on your behalf, and should return an additional
6-7% p.a., in order to keep ahead of cost of living increases.

In addition, 50 IP may be spent on any of these skills, with a max increase
of 1 over the above levels. IP may also be put into Special abilities that
the character currently possess, or in Combat Sense.
Post Basic Training
